Author Spotlight: The Wonderfuls
Every writer has defining moments as they build their career. This is one for me — the first time my writing has been featured in a children’s journal and the first time I’ve ever been paid for my work. I’m very honored and excited!
In this short story, The Wonderfuls, two sisters explore their dad’s forbidden wood shop in search of his lost magic. The catch? They have to get there through the laundry chute. This story is loosely based on my childhood, but don’t worry — I only thought about taking brave adventures down laundry chutes but never got stuck in any ;)
